Dr. Kevin P. Cohen- Biography

Dr. Kevin P. Cohen is Leader of the Tactical Systems Group and the Lincoln Laboratory program manager for the Air Vehicle Survivability Evaluation Program, which is primarily focused on work for the Air Force Red Team, SAF/RCO.
Dr. Cohen joined the Laboratory in 1995 and worked to develop, flight test, and analyze electronic counter-countermeasure algorithms. From 1999 to 2003 he was on field site assignment at the Kwajalein Missile Range, where he supported the Kwajalein Modernization And Remoting program as an ALCOR Test Director and project lead for the Automatic Target Identification System. From 2003 to 2006 he was an Assistant Leader of the Surveillance Systems Group, where he led efforts to develop Enhanced Regional Situational Awareness (ERSA) systems deployed in the Washington DC area, initially as lead for sensor data fusion and analysis, and later as the Lincoln Laboratory Program Manager.
He holds a BS degree from Boston University in biomedical engineering, an MS and PhD degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in electrical and computer engineering.
